Leave Benefits:
Pineland offers paid time off (PTO) for salaried employees. Employees hired on/after January 1, 2011 will earn PTO at the following rate:
- 0-90 days (3 months) - probationary period and no PTO
- 3 months - 12 months - 8 hours PTO earned per month
- 13 months - 5 years - 10 hours PTO earned per month (15 days per year)
- 6 years - 10 years - 12 hours PTO earned per month (18 days per year)
- 10+ years - 14 hours PTO earned per month (21 days per year)
Holidays:
Pineland employees are provided with 10 paid holidays per year.
Retirement
401K Retirement Plan - the agency will match the employee contribution up to 6.5%, beginning after a probationary period of 6 months.
