Pineland's trained medical counseling, case management, and rehabilitation staff is dedicated to assessing mental health issues, treating individuals, and helping them return to their families, communities, and jobs.
¨ Outpatient Counseling Centers are located in six counties offers a variety of behavioral health services: individual, family, group therapy, nursing, physician, community support and crisis services.
¨ Community Integration Services provide psychiatric, phychosocial rehabilitation / peer support services, training, education and support services to adults. Activities are provided that teach and enhance skills for daily living, socialization, community integration’s and work. Pineland also offers Supported Employment Services.
¨ Child and Adolescent Outpatient Services are offered in Pineland Counseling Centers and the SHINE Clubhouse, located in Bulloch County. The C&A program also works closely with schools and community groups to strengthen and increase the availability of services. GAP school-base services are offered in the Evans and Tattnall county schools.
¨ Residential Services for Adults enables individuals to leave the hospital, and/or avoid future hospitalizations and homelessness. Individuals are taught the skills they need to live independently, to integrate into the community, to attend treatment, and to secure jobs.
